    Melanie is an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and an NPC Professional Judge. She has over 30 years of practical training. Her objectives are to assist her clients in reaching his/her fitness goals.

    OWNER & HEAD TRAINER

    Percy Specializes in helping people to achieve their goals and is certified with ICS, ICAA, AAA/ISMA, and decades of practical training.

  • ROSS CAESAR (ABSOLUTE FOCUS)

    FULL-TIME TRAINER

    Ross has been a fitness expert and wellness coach for over 20 years. He's also a Professional IFBB Physique Competitor. He is certified from AAAI, IMSA, TEDFN, and NCA.

    Monique is a current bikini competitor, whose objective is to motivate and assist her clients to excel and achieve their goals. Having struggled with obesity herself, Monique understands the journey of her clients and believes in maximizing their potential.

    Brenda specializes in Total Body Conditioning, Strength, and Aerobic Training. She also provides Personalized Programs/Rehab, Special Populations, and Wellness, In-Home Aqua Rehab/Conditioning.

    Heather is a certified personal trainer with ISSA, who enjoys working with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. She is also our in-house group fitness instructor teaching a variety of formats such as Zumba® and Strong NationTM.

    Alex is a certified Health Coach with over 8 years experience. He helps his clients achieve their body and wellness goals by way of nutrition, fitness and accountability coaching. His goal is to help you look and feel your best, so you are confident and happy in your own skin.

    Deanne received her fitness and training certificate from Manchester College, UK. She specializes in weight gaining, weight loss, strength, and conditioning also helping people to achieve their fitness goals.

    Sharon is certified from AAAI/ISMA and ACE. Sharon is an avid cyclist and skier and an advocate for resistance training being an integral part of a healthy and fit lifestyle.

    Sean has had a keen interest in exercise and nutrition from the age of 14. He is a Men’s Classic Physique competitor. His goal is to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. Sean is WITS certified and has been a personal trainer for 8yrs.
